WHEW! WE did it! It took the three of us (Bob, You, Me) but we made it happen in record time. From the time you texted me from the airport that Wednesday that you had decided to move out of state to be closer to the kids until the Friday we left closing was only 23 days! AMAZING. I so enjoyed being a part of this exciting transition. It was challenging but so much fun too. The three of us had a great time getting the home ready for market, showing it off, and then choosing the perfect buyer to start her new chapter as you two bid your farewell. From start to finish, you had her condo sold in a week which was a blessing as my brother did not have to keep going there day after day checking up on it, that was heartbreaking for him. Your hard work, patience and emotional understanding, diligence along every turn in the road is greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten. Thank you also for going above and beyond what any realtor do, i.e. to the last minute setting up a separate closing so my brother did not have to sit in that process. I enlisted Kathy to sell my co-op in Brighton and it sold in 6 days in a slowing real estate market. Kathy’s knowledge, advice, and hard work is a big reason it sold so quickly. I had known Kathy for a while before I decided to sell my unit because she had been so active in the sale of many units in our complex. She Went To Work Very Fast.
Kathy did an amazing job selling our condo! When we decided to sell and had spoken with Kathy, she went to work very fast. She came over and made sure things were ready for our condo pictures to be taken and they came out great. By the time it hit the market we had people lining up quickly to come walk through. Over the weekend we had 5 offers come in and it was sold extremely fast! Kathy walked us through the process step by step and kept us up to speed daily on what was happening.
