I Had The Good Fortune Of Dealing With Kathy Young

I had the good fortune of dealing with Kathy Young recently to help me sell my elderly father’s co-op unit. I live about 200 miles away so was not always available to do the ‘little things’ which are ‘big things’ when it comes to presenting a property for sale. Kathy was always very prompt and responsive. She gave me suggestions on what to do/not do and options on whether to re-paint/remodel or sell ‘as-is’. I went with the re-model and Kathy helped me pick out paint, carpeting, flooring and even went to the store to buy an oven for me! Her staging of the co-op was exceptional and I am sure it helped make the sale happen faster. Our sale had some unique circumstances, and Kathy was always on top of things. She helped educate and inform me about the process and to keep me ‘on task’ with what I needed to do. Kathy provided great service and support. Overall, the sale was a very pleasant and professional experience and I enjoyed the personal interaction with her as well and would recommend Kathy to anyone.
